"In February of 2002, I made a snap decision to purchase a home closer to my work in Eden Prairie. The home was that of a co-worker and he offered me a solid deal if I could move quickly on it. Their plan was to be into the new house by the end of April. That was not a lot of time. I was currently living in a town home in Eagan that I had owned since 1995 and until that point had not even toyed with the thought of selling. "My selling experience with the Rooney's was second to none. I had the Rooney's sell my last two houses for me and in both instances they went above and beyond to make sure my houses were sold fast and were off the market just as fast as they went on! In order to make my houses look their absolute best and ensure optimal aesthetic value, the Rooney's brought in a lot of their own art/furniture/floral arrangements. Jeanne called this a "staging" process. This final piece of the selling puzzle was an essential facet that I had never seen before. I was under great pressure to get both houses sold as soon as possible due to the relocation of my workplace and they were sold in one viewing and two viewings respectively!!
